Planning to buy in large quantities? Contact us for special pricing. We often offer better rates for mechanics, workshops, or fleet owners ordering 10+ units of the same product.
Product Availability
We try our best to keep everything in stock, but sometimes items sell out faster than expected:
- If an item goes out of stock after you order it, we'll notify you within 24 hours
- You can choose to wait for restock (usually 7-15 days) or get a full refund
- For pre-orders or backordered items, we'll give you an estimated delivery date

Placing an Order
When you click "Place Order," you're making an offer to buy the product. We'll send you an email confirmation, but that doesn't mean we've accepted your order yet. We officially accept your order when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation.
This might sound technical, but it protects both of us. For example, if we discover the product is actually out of stock or there's a pricing error, we can cancel before shipping and you get a full refund.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you'll receive:
- Immediate order confirmation email with order number
- Payment confirmation (within a few minutes)
- Shipping confirmation with tracking details (within 24-48 hours)
- Delivery updates as your package moves
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for free under these conditions:
- Before Shipping: Full refund, no questions asked. Just email or call us
- After Shipping: You'll need to refuse delivery or return the product (return shipping costs apply)
- We May Cancel: If we can't verify payment, suspect fraud, or the product becomes unavailable

COD orders that are repeatedly refused at delivery may result in COD privileges being revoked. We understand things come up, but serial refusers abuse the system and increase costs for everyone.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above âš2,999. For orders below that, shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Timeframes
These are estimates, not guarantees (courier companies can be unpredictable):
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 3 Cities & Rural: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During sale seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.), deliveries might take 2-3 extra days due to high volume.
Delivery Issues
If something goes wrong with delivery:
- Damaged Package: Don't accept it! Take photos and contact us immediately
- Wrong Item Delivered: Keep it unopened, take photos, and reach out within 24 hours
- Missing Items: Check the package thoroughly (small parts might be in protective packaging)
- Delivery Delays: Track your order online. If it's stuck for 3+ days without movement, contact us
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate:
- Include landmarks that help delivery personnel find you
- Add a working phone number where someone can be reached during delivery hours
- Mention if you live in a gated community or building with security
- We can't deliver to P.O. boxes â only physical addresses
đ About Delivery Attempts
Courier companies typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If nobody's available to accept the package, it'll be returned to us and you'll need to pay return shipping to get it redelivered. Save yourself the hassle â provide accurate contact details!

30-Day Return Policy
Not happy with your purchase? You can return most products within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in original packaging. Some exceptions apply (see below).
What You Can Return
Returnable items must be:
- In original, unused condition (no installation, no signs of use)
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and stickers intact
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:
- Engine oil, coolants, brake fluid, or any opened fluids
- Electrical items that have been installed or wired
- Custom-ordered or made-to-specification parts
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable)
- Products damaged due to misuse, installation, or normal wear and tear
How to Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or phone
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- We'll arrange pickup (or you can ship it to us)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Process
- Inspection: We'll check the returned item within 2-3 business days of receiving it
- Approval: If everything checks out, your refund is approved
- Processing: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days
- Bank Timeline: Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to credit your account
- COD Returns: Refunded via bank transfer (you'll need to provide account details)
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item: We pay for return shipping

Manufacturer's Warranty
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 12-24 months). This warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us. We're just the middleman helping you get it serviced.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects or material failures
- Parts that fail under normal use within the warranty period
- Premature wear beyond what's expected for the part
What's NOT Covered
- Damage from improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads wearing down is expected!)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or racing
- Modifications or use with incompatible parts
- Damage from lack of maintenance
Making a Warranty Claim
- Contact us with your order number and issue description
- We'll ask for photos/videos of the defect
- If approved, we'll coordinate with the manufacturer
- You might need to send the defective part back for inspection
- Replacement parts ship once the claim is approved
â ī¸ Keep Your Invoice!
You'll need the original invoice to claim warranty. Save it digitally or print a copy. No invoice = warranty claim might get rejected by the manufacturer.

This is the serious legal bit. We need to be clear about what we're responsible for and what we're not:
What We're Responsible For
- Delivering the products you ordered in good condition
- Ensuring products are genuine and as described
- Providing customer support and honoring warranties
- Handling your personal data responsibly
What We're NOT Responsible For
- Installation: We sell parts, not installation services. Any damage during installation is your responsibility
- Compatibility: While we provide compatibility lists, you're ultimately responsible for verifying parts fit your specific vehicle variant
- Performance: We can't guarantee specific performance improvements. Every vehicle is different
- Consequential Damages: If a part fails and causes other damage (engine damage, accident, etc.), we're not liable beyond the part's purchase price
- Lost Time/Income: We're not responsible for towing costs, rental cars, lost wages, or business interruption
- Third-Party Services: Mechanics, installers, or other services you hire are independent of us

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This sounds harsh, but it's standard in the industry and keeps prices affordable for everyone.
Professional Installation Recommended
Most of our products require professional installation. Unless you're experienced with car repairs, we strongly recommend hiring a qualified mechanic. DIY installation voids warranties if done incorrectly.

Jurisdiction

- Escalation: If you're not satisfied, ask to speak with a manager
- Mediation: For larger disputes, we're open to mediation before going to court
- Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes go to courts in Mumbai
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Indian law. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 still applies, and you can approach consumer forums if needed.
